Fenlow is an independent sole-trader business in Australia, created to help Shopify store owners hand customer support over with more confidence.
Every project is handled directly by the founder—from the first Fit Check through to final delivery.
The story
Fenlow began with a simple handoff problem.
A store owner can hire an assistant and still be asked to approve every refund, delay and unusual customer request. The work has been handed over, but the decisions have not.
Fenlow was created to organise those approved decisions into clear workflows, response guidance and escalation boundaries an assistant can actually follow.
Your assistant should not need to ask you what happens next.
Fenlow is early-stage and deliberately focused. That means direct communication, honest boundaries and no invented experience, testimonials or results.
